EpicJonTuazon AR-15 Custom Build Part. 3

In part 3 of the EpicJonTuazon AR-15 custom build series we near closer to completing the Anderson Manufacturing lower assembly. After installing the mag catch, the bolt catch, trigger, and hammer. We now head over to installing the safety, and the grip.

A slight miscalculation on my part. You should install the safety prior to installing the trigger. So if you are watching this video I do apologize but it’s a quick adjustment to throw the safety in then drop in the trigger assembly.

Custom Carbon Fiber AR-15: Stock

 

In the last video, I showed the lamination of carbon fiber on the AR-15 Grip.  In this video you’ll first see the grip mounted to the lower and then the Stock being laminated.  Originally this stock was a collapsible stock.  It has since been pinned and then poured with foam to create the shape of a non collapsible stock.  Then it was wrapped with carbon fiber and then laminated.

At the end of the video you’ll see the two pieces attached the lower.  I must say this build is coming long very well and I can’t wait to see what it will look like once it is complete.
